Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 60 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Items must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Items must not be altered or modified in any way

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale items
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear without original hygiene liners
  • Earrings & jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products

Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


Return Request Process

To start a return, customers must contact our support team first for approval.

Once approved, we will provide:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes:

LULU IN THE MOON is not responsible for:

  • Lost return packages
  • Delayed return shipments
  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
